PUBLIC NOTICE
Temporary Opening of Waiting List
The City of Beacon Housing Authority will open its waiting list for both the Tenant Based and
the Project Based Housing Choice Voucher Program on 4/1/22.
Applications will be available for pick up beginning April 1, 2022 at 9:00 am at our main office
located at One Forrestal Heights, Beacon, NY 12508. Applications will only be issued on
Monday, Wednesday and Friday during normal business hours.

Completed applications must be MAILED to: The City of Beacon Housing Authority, One
Forrestal Heights, Beacon, NY 12508 or DROPPED OFF in our lock box at the same location.
Faxed or emailed applications will not be accepted.
All fully completed applications must be received in our lock box or postmarked by August 31, 2022. The waiting list will close at 12PM on August 31, 2022 and no further applications will
be issued or received.
All applicants must be 18 years or older. Any incomplete, illegible, or late applications will be
returned to sender.
