IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON THE ANNUAL CHARGE FOR RUNNING AIR CONDITIONERS AT FORRESTAL HEIGHTS.
Effective immediately the yearly charge of $80 for AC Units at the Forrestal Heights Property has been eliminated. Starting this summer BHA will no longer collect the $80 per unit to cover the cost of running air conditioning units for the summer months. However, the installation / removal fee of $20 per unit will remain in effect until further notice.
