Any Tenant currently using the T-Mobile Tablet provided by BHA should be aware of the following:
1- It is the Tenants responsibility to pay for all “Third Party Services” ordered by the User of the Tablet.
2- BHA will not cover the cost of Third Party Services, and will only cover the costs outlined in the agreement between Tenant and BHA.
Several Tenants have charged Third Party Services to their tablets and have not paid for these services directly. BHA has been in touch with T-Mobile and those services will be cancelled immediately and charges will be reversed.
If you are ordering special programs, games, movies, etc on the Tablet you will have to pay for those services up front. You will no longer be allowed to order Third Party Services on the Tablet
