The BHA manages two Public Housing Complexes.

Forrestal Heights

Located on Wolcott Avenue (Rt. 9D) and consists of 175 units ranging in size from studio – 5 bedrooms.
High-Rise Low-Rise

Hamilton Fish Plaza

Hamilton Fish PlazaLocated at 31 Eliza Street, Beacon and consists of 70 units ranging in size from studio – 1 bedroom.

Income Limits

HUD sets the income limits for applicants to public housing.  To be income eligible, a family must be at least a low-income family according to the income limits set by HUD.

During the BHA’s fiscal year, at least 40% of the families admitted must be extremely low income.
